1. Vehicle Listings

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to withdraw any vehicle from sale at any time without notice.

2. Deposits and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price is required to secure a vehicle. Full payment is due within 14 calendar days of the deposit. We accept wire transfers and certified bank checks. All payments must be in USD.

3. Inspection Period

Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle at our Beverly Hills showroom prior to purchase. For remote buyers, we offer a 3-day pre-delivery inspection period at our facility. After delivery, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are quoted separately and are the responsibility of the buyer. Title and risk of loss or damage to the vehicle pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup at our showroom.

5. Limited Warranty

All vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. However, we offer a 30-day limited warranty covering major drivetrain components (engine and transmission) for mechanical failure.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
